DAVID GEIL SR. GULFPORT- David Paul GEIL Sr., 89, 916 Cowan Rd., Gulfport, died Monday, March 21, 1988, in Gulfport. A native of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Mr. Geil was a resident of Gulfport since 1921. He retired as a co-owner of Geil and Nix Tire Recapping Service in 1960 and was a charter member of Gulf Haven Mennonite Church. Survivors include is wife, Mrs. Cora Lee White Geil; two sons Clarence W Geil and David Paul Geil Jr.; two brothers, J. Earl Geil and Louis W. Geil all of Gulfport; two sisters, Mrs. Annie E. Hershey at Hesston, Kansas and Mrs. Madia P. Carr of Gulfport; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Friends may call tonight from seven until nine at Riemann Memorial Funeral Home U.S. 49 North, Gulfport. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel, with burial to follow in Gulf Haven Menonnite Church Cemetery
