Will

His will was dated on 14 March 1732 Job Drake of Windsor. To wife Elizabeth use of all estate during her natural life. To son Jeremiah that lot on which I now dwell which I had of my father, and that which I have which was Joshua's will's to him forever, he allowign to his mother what above is given to her. To daughter Rebeckah use of the new house during the time she shall remain single. To daughters Elizabeth and Rebeckah and to granddaughter Eunice Drake, my lott that bounds north on the land of Thomas Stoughton and south on the land of Samuel Moore, to be divided amongst them share and share alike. To daughter Rebeckah, twenty-five pounds out of the estate to be taken as goods or cattle. To grandson Jonathan Drake my right, interest, share and part of a land called the Equivalent land. Son Jeremiah to have all lands in Windsor not disposed of above. Right, share and interest in lands called the Eastern Lands to daughter Elizabeth, daughter Rebeckah, son Jeremiah and granddaughter Eunice Drake. After the death of my wife Elizabeth, all of my moveable estate not disposed of to pay debts to be distributed between my three children and my granddaughter Eunice Drake. Appoints son Jeremiah Drake and "son" Joseph Rockwell as executors. Witnessed by Timothy Edwards, Job Drake, L.S., Joseph Drake, Eliakim Cook. Recorded July 1733.10
