Georgia, Upson County Sworn to & subscribed before me this 23rd Dec 1859 Lovett Person Wm A Cobb ~~~~~ It is thought that Diana NealPersons died near Culloden (probably Strouds, where many of her children settled). Estate papers available at the Thomaston-Upson Archives show her son Lovett Persons arranged to have a mason build a wall around his burial place; the estate paid the bill.
