Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Diederick Jacobus Mulder on the 10:th day of March 1831 at 12 o’clock (noon) for the benefit of his undermentioned children and heirs procreated in lawful wedlock with his predeceased wife Susanna Wilhelmina van den Berg, viz:

  • 2) Diederick Jacobus born 12:th June 1810
  • 3) Willem Jacobus born 17:th April 1812
  • 4) Cornelis Marthinus born 6:th May 1814
  • 5) Susanna Catherina Magdalena born 25:th April 1817
  • 6) Johannes Christiaan Daniel born 18:th October 1819
  • 7) Roelof David Hendrik born 20:th September 1821
  • 8) Catharina Susara Mareina born 15:th August 1826

At the place Groot Fontyn situated in the field cornetcy of Zwagers Hoek in the district of Somerset where the deceased died.

The surviving spouse is to be sole and universal heir, and is to ensure that any children receive a Christian education. If the surviving spouse remarries, two upright and honest men are to be appointed to ensure that the rights of the children are protected. If no children are born of the marriage, the testator's mother, Catharina Bergvelt, widow of Hendrik Muller [sic], and the testatrix's father, Willem van den Bergh [sic], are to inherit.
