Obituary WILLIAMSON, Donald Jr., 60, of Midlothian, Va. passed away April 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia "Ann Dempsey" Williamson; and his former wife, Theodora Reichert. He is survived by his wife, Linda; two sons, Donald III and Alexander (Sara); his two daughters, Lindsey Price (Marc) and Brooke Von Hoene (Jason); his father, Donald Sr.; as well as his siblings, Patricia, Theresa, Suzanne, Michael and Robert; as well as plentiful cousins, nieces and nephews. Donald was an active member, Sunday school teacher and tenor in the choir at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Richmond, Va. and formerly a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Davie, Fla. He devoted time and energy to Kairos Prison Ministry, Via De Cristo and Haiti mission trips. He was also a devoted rescuer and advocate for animals and second chances. He was a devoted father and husband, an avid reader and a lover of knowledge. He enjoyed the open road and a good laugh. His children will remember his sense of humor and the comfort of his hugs. He will be loved, cherished and missed dearly. The family will receive friends 2 p.m. Sunday, April 26, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9400 Redbridge Rd., where a funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA, Via De Cristo and the Haiti Missionary through Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
