I'm the youngest of five children, and was born in El Salvador, although most of my family come from Nicaragua. I'm "vertically challenged" (less than five feet tall), a little overweight, with big gray-green eyes, big nose and small mouth. Some family members tell me that I look a lot like my Memé (my father's mother).

People say I'm smart (and they are correct). I love to read, and it's my biggest vice. I also love music, theatre, movies, good TV, and nature. I used to sing, and my friends tell me I have a good voice (I hope so). I also used to act, but unfortunately actors don't get paid in El Salvador. So, I became a communicator, and have been working in that field for 20 years already. Being a communicator forces me to be a little of everything, which I like a lot.

I have one son, whom I adore. His name is Diego Alejandro, and resembles the Coen side of the family. He looks a lot like Jorge Alejandro, my older brother. Perhaps I've started this tree because of Diego, because he has no close family in El Salvador, and I want him to know and feel that he belongs to a bigger family than just the two of us.
