Doris Beulah Towell

Doris Beulah (Leabo) Towell was the daughter of Jesse Douglas Leabo and Martha Evelyn Carow. She married Joseph Albert Roberts, the son of Charles Raymond Roberts and Juda Emma Wilmoth, on August 4, 1927, at Afton, Ottawa County, Oklahoma. They had five children: Joe Dale, John, Lois, Jack, and James. Doris divorced Joseph on February 12, 1948, at Neosho, Newton County, Missouri. They later remarried on May 27, 1951, at Salem, Marion County, Oregon, but divorced again on November 13, 1951, at Oregon City, Clackamas County, Oregon. She later married Leigh C. Towell, the son of Otho Towell and Cynthia Ella Hicks, on November 20, 1952, at Molalla, Clackamas County, Oregon.
