Dorothy Ann Fleet

The third daughter of William Christopher Fleet and Sarah Browne. Other Children by Richard Bagby include: John C., Sarah Ann , Maria Susan, Dorothy Fleet, Richard, Ellen, Lucy Fleet and Captain Alexander Fleet Bagby.

Richmond Enquirer: Married on Thursday the 15th instant at Fleetwood by the Rev. R.B.Semple, Mr. Richard Bagby to the very interesting Miss Dorothea Ann, daughter of Capt. Wm. Fleet of King and Queen. (27 Feb 1821)

She died at the birth of her sixteenth child and left eight children.('Recollections" by Bathhurst Browne Bagby, p. 104) Her inscription states she - "Died June 23, 1843 in the 45 year of her life."
