Doug Ose, a Representative from California; born in Sacramento, Sacramento, Calif., June 27, 1955; graduated from Rio Americano High School, Sacramento, Calif.; B.S., University of California, Berkeley, Calif., 1977; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Sixth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1999-January 3, 2005); was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Ninth Congress in 2004; was an unsuccessful candidate for election to the One Hundred Fourteenth Congress in 2014.
