Dr. Henry Power

Mary Foliot, daughter of Rev Elliot Foliot, married Dr. Henry Power of York County, whose Will was probated Sept 26, 1692.

Children were Elizabeth Digges, Henry & John.

Does anyone have any information on this person? I think his father was named John and John was described as a "spanish Merchant of England" Dr. Henry married Mary Foliot(t) daughter of a prominent clergyman, Edward Foliot(t). there appears to be evidence that John Power and Edward Foliot(t) came to Virginia to escape Oliver Cromwell and the Puritans.
