DEED March 27, 1751 Dr. Joshua Gee deed to Wm. Clough (anchor- smith) wharf, flats, and land, with boat- builders shed near the Ferraway or Charlestown Ferry, N.E. Prince St., then running from Capstan of wharf along sd Prince St. towards shipyard, S.E. sd Shipyard, from then on S.W. side, on a bevel, N.W. Charles River, sd wharf and flats. (SD 79:237) Commercial St., S.W. corner of Prince St. April 20, 1751 Dr. Joshua Gee deeds to Nathaniel Allen (merchant) land near a place called Copp's Hill, at North End, N.E. sd Hill, S.E. Jonathan Hancock and Edward Procter, S.W. Thomas Pain and Jonathan Bill, N.W. alley running from sd Prince St. (SD 79:231) Prince St., near Snow Hill St. September 19, 1755 Joshua Gee (physician) deeds to Thomas James Gruchy (merchant) land on Beach, near Copp's Hill; N.E. Samuel Durham, S.E. highway laid out at the bottom of the Hill, S.W. a lot laid out to Mrs. Sarah Gee. [Commercial St. near Prince St.]. Also land on sd Hill, E. highway over Copp's Hill, N. sd Durham, S.W. lot laid out to Sarah Gee.
