Biography ==Capt. Ebenezer Billing, son of Ebenezer Billing and Phebe (Denison) Billing, was born on 20 March 1710 [1711 Julian date] at Stonington, New London Co., Connecticut. He was baptized on 27 May 1711 at Stonington. <ref name="CS-Mounsey">Rev. Creighton Spencer-Mounsey. The Billings Family of Connecticut, Register (April 1927). p. 164, 171. Avail at NEHG.</ref>
He married Mary Noyes, daughter of Thomas Noyes, in Nov. 1733 at Stonington. <ref name="CS-Mounsey"/> He married Sarah Cheesbrough, daughter of Samuel Cheesbrough and Priscilla (Alden) Cheesbrough, after 1753. <ref name="CS-Mounsey"/>
He died on 3 July 1759 at age 49.<ref name="CS-Mounsey"/>
