Ebenezer married Elizabeth Green of Norwich (Conn. or Mass.) in Cambridge, Mass. in May 1777 (intention published 03 May 1777). After her death in 1799, Ebenezer married Naomi (Russell) Cook in Mar 1800 in Cambridge (Intention published 01 Mar 1800).

Mr. Ebenezer Wyeth, died Dec. 30, 1836, age 85, Patriot Soldier, Rest in Peace, Here thy toils and battles cease, Farewell sorrow pain & care, Burdens weary, age must bare.
His Revolutionary War Pension application states: "Ebenezer Wyeth enlisted for the term of one year in the month of November in the year AD 1775 in the state of Massachusetts in the company commanded by Captain Eliphalet Newell in the regiment commanded by Colonel Henry Knox in the line of the state of Massachusetts on the continental establishment; that he continued to serve in the said corps until January in the AD 1777, when he was discharged from the said service in Bedford in the state of New York."
(His mother was Mary Winship and his father Ebenezer Wyeth, Jr., he was married to Elizabeth Winship Green and Naomi Russell.)
