About Edith Emma Everett Daniels

Edith Emma Haynes Everett Daniels, our loving mother, grandmother, and special friend, age 98, died February 20, 1985.

Born September 19, 1886 in Hunter, to Henry and Emma Brown Haynes.

Married Alvin George Everett on May 11, 1908. He died December 23, 1918.

Married John Fredrick Daniels in September 1924. He died in March 1944.

She was an active member in the LDS Church. She taught Primary for over 20 years, up to age 86. Loved to teach children.

Survived by son and daughter, Leroy E Everett and Pearl E Courtright; three step-daughters, Mrs. Wilford (Rhea) Andreason, Mrs. Linden "Toots" Cone, Mrs. Bernadine Drown; four grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Alice H King.

Preceded in death by a grandson, James Courtright, four brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services were held Friday, February 22 at the Hunter 1st Ward. Intermet, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
