About Edith Lydia Drummond Hood, Viscountess Hood
Edith Lydia Drummond Ward (-1911) was the daughter of Arthur Wellesley Ward. She married Francis Wheler Hood, 4th Viscount Hood of Whitley, son of Samuel Hood-Tibbits, 3rd Viscount Hood of Whitley and Mary Isabella Tibbits, on 18 July 1865. She died on 9 March 1911.
- As a result of her marriage, Edith Lydia Drummond Ward was styled as Viscountess Hood of Whitley on 18 July 1865. From 18 July 1865, her married name became Hood. They had eight children.
