<p>Edward Played as a solo Cornet ~Player in Several Brass Bands in the Wigan Area and was in the first Brass Band to Play on the BBC in circa 1929</p> <p>During the 2nd World War he was in the Royal Military Police Serving in various places includeing Egypt , while serving in Scotland he was part of the Guard for Herr Hess when he landed in Scotland</p>
