"whereas there is a dispute with my brothers & sisters children about part of my above given plantation near Philadelphia, which if they recover their claim I desire that my son Samuel Mifflin may have 200 L in lieu of what they recover" To grandaughter Ann Eyre. Bal. of estate to wife & 3 sons. Wife Mary to have her natural life in the plantation where I live, also my water mill & plantation in Maryland, the profits of my house in Philadelphia & all my plantation on Schoolkill until my sons Samuel & Southy come to the age of 21. Estate not to be divided until son Daniel is 21. Son Daniel, Joseph Maxfield & wife Mary Exrs. Witt: Joseph Maxfield, John Watson. Jacob Hill, William Gore.10
