Elaine Marie Ehrenberg

Elaine Marie Ehrenberg, 60, of Brooklyn, PA passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 5, 2011 at her home. Born March 17, 1951 in Montrose, PA, she was the daughter of Edith A. [Pickering] Wilbur and the late William Wilbur. Her husband, George F. Ehrenberg, predeceased her in 2007. At the time of her death, she had been employed by Penn Dot for the past 14 years. She was a member of Parker Hill Community Church. Elaine loved spending time with her family as well as taking long rides, putting together puzzles, playing computer games and traveling. Survivors include daughters & son-in-law, Nicole Gelatt of Brooklyn, PA, Ashley Ehrenberg-Reinwald & Christopher Reinwald of Hallstead, PA; son, Garry Gelatt of Brooklyn, PA; grandchildren, Kaylee & Brandon Gelatt, Lilly Reinwald; special friend, Richard DeAngelis of New Milford, PA; sisters & brothers-in-law, Nancy & Marvin Ledbetter of SC, Peggy & Ron Bailey of Harpursville, NY, Carol & Glen Mead of Montrose, PA, Marcia & Dave Mullen of Binghamton, NY, Ruthie & Tim Taramelli of NC; brothers & sisters-in-law, Bill & Kathy Wilbur of Susquehanna, PA, Tom & Elaine Wilbur of Montrose, PA, Daniel & Kathy Wilbur of Montrose, PA; several nieces, nephews & cousins; and her beloved companion dogs, Cooper, Sassy & Gunner.

Services are 11AM Thursday at the Bartron-Myer Funeral Home, Inc., Montrose, PA 18801. Visitation is 6-8PM on Wednesday.
