I have seen no evidence of Avraham Aberl Jaffe as the father. I do not believe that the Jaffe surname is from the patriline. The Jaffe connection appears to be through his spouse's paternal grandmother: Olka (Wolka/Olga) Wahl, if the prior reported tree of Breyneh Wahl to Yitzach Constantine Wahl to Shmuel Avraham Wahl + Walka Yoffe is correct (which is by no means certain as of this writing).
