Her death record does not list her mother's name, but it says that she was born in Parleib and that her father was the deceased "Schullehrer" (teacher) Gottfried Fuhrmeister. Elisabeth's marriage record to Johann Friedrich Weinberg can't be found at Ancestry or Family Search, but there is a Dorothea Elisabeth Fuhrmeister who married Johann Heinrich Weinberg in Letzlingen in 1837. That marriage record is for the daughter of Gottfried Fuhrmeister "Schullehrer" in Parleib, and his wife Catharina Dorothee Langnasen.

The two Weinberg/Fuhrmeister couples have similar names but the two women are not the same person since Dorothea Elisabeth died in 1857 and Elisabeth died in 1879. Instead, it seems the two women are sisters; it might also be possible that the two Weinberg men are brothers.
