Did Elizabeth Bellamy exist?

Was she ever married to a John Young(e)? If so, which one?

She has been, in the past, attached as spouse of John Young of Plymouth, then Eastham, Massachusetts. But there is only one documented wife for that John Young -- Abigail Howland.[1] Abigail was born ca 1629 in Plymouth. John d. Jan 28/29, 1690/91 and his wife d. Apr 7, 1692.

Some have said that Elizabeth and Abigail are meant to be the same person, noting that the marriage dates are exactly 10 years + 1 month apart and easily mixed up.

Others say that Elisabeth was an earlier wife who may have died in childbirth when her last? son John in 1647.
