I have a partial copy of a book entitled:"John Pankey of Manakin Town, Virginia, and His Descendants" Volume I by George Edward Pankey.

In this book there is the following notation:

Lodowick Farmer, Jr., served in the Revolutionary War as an Ensign and as a Lieutenant. Pension records No. 45770, No. 66175, and No. 179804 show that his wife Elizabeth received a pension.From 1812 until 1816 he was a member of the Vestry of Cumberland Parish. He married Elizabeth,, daughter of Col. John Knight, who also served in the Revolutionary War. Col. John Knight was son of Capt. John Knight and Elizabeth Woodson, daughter of Robert Woodson and his second wife Rachel Watkins, daughter of Thomas Watkins, son of Henry Watkins, born 1638, well known Quaker of Turkey Island, Va.Robert Woodson was a son of Robert Woodson, Sr., and his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Richard Ferris of Curles Neck.Robert Woodson, Sr., was a son of Dr. John Woodson and his wife Mary Winslow, immigrants to Virginia in 1619.(See Old Free State, Vol. I, p. 267; Virginia Quarterly)
