Lady Elizabeth Graham was the daughter of William Graham, 2nd Earl of Montrose and Lady Janet Keith.2
She married George Sinclair, 4th Earl of Caithness, son of John Sinclair, 3rd Earl of Caithness and Elizabeth Sutherland.1
She died before 4 April 1576.1 Her will was probated on 4 April 1576 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.3
As a result of her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Graham was styled as Countess of Caithness. Her married name became Sinclair.
