Mary Elizabeth Goings

Elizabeth Ketterman was born the 3rd child of the 10 children born to Justus Ketterman (1795-1867) & Mary Ann Wood.(1803-1887). There were only two daughters born to Justus and Mary Ann Ketterman. Elizabeth was the oldest daughter and Rebecca the youngest. Elizabeth died on her 55th birthday - April 23 of 1881, and her widowed husband Lewis, would marry the younger sister Rebecca in the fall of that same year.

Elizabeth married Lewis Goings on April 2, 1846 in Delaware County, Indiana according to the historical record - Indiana marriage records.
