She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Stuart Walcott of New York Mills. She was married to Frederick S. Kellogg, Oct. 7, 1896 at Walcott Memorial Church. Survivors include her husband, two sons, Stuart W. Kellogg of Utica and William W. Kellogg of Los Angeles, and two daughters, Mrs. Lewis G. Adams, New York, and Mrs. Philip C. Jessup, also of New York, whose husband was roving ambassador-at-large during the Truman administration.
