Elizabeth de Ros is the daughter of William de Ros, 2nd Lord de Ros of Helmsley and Margery de Badlesmere.1 She married William la Zouche, 2nd Lord Zouche (of Haryngworth), son of William la Zouche, 1st Lord Zouche (of Haryngworth).1
