Born in Humpolec, Bohemia.
Married to Maria, born 1848.
Lived and died as a master carpenter and photographer in Liezen 12.
Moved to Liezen in 1874 as a foreman for the Enns obstruction.
He had at least the following seven sons:
According to the registration book 1) from 1874 it was house number 151, commonly known as Lipp auf der Leiten;
2) from 1874 registered as a carpenter and photographer in the Eisler-Haus, at that time number 12;
3) from February 3rd, 1880 in the Mühl und Säge apartment building, at that time house number 214.
According to the registration books, he was first responsible for Groß Strojkowitz / Deutsch Brod / Böhmen, and since April 15, 1901 for Liezen.
After his death he was buried in the small Jewish section of the Bad Aussee cemetery. The text of the inscription reads:
Here rests our dear good father, Mr. Emanuel Eisler, master carpenter and photographer in Liezen, died on August 26th, 1914 at the age of 67 and our dear kind-hearted mother, Mrs. Maria Eisler, died on June 1st, 1930 at the age of 83. On the anniversary of the father's death, the son Richard died a hero's death near Premislany.
