Emilie Steiner

A family group photo, of which this is a crop, turned up in the Freudenthal New Mexico State University Archives. Amalia Löwy Freudenthal was my great-grandmother's sister, and both were the first cousins of Emilie Löwy Steiner. Their sister Karla Löwy Schiff, her husband Rudolf Schiff, their brother Rudolf Löwy, Karla's son Willi Schiff, and others appear in the photo, which was sent as a postcard, presumably from Prague to their first cousin (my great-great-aunt) Amalia Löwy Freudenthal.
