Emilio M. Beltran Sr.

Emil as he was called by his elder siblings and Kuya Millie by his younger brothers and sisters, was a very good man.

Since his childhood, he has shown extraordinary intelligence and wit which won him awards in the field of oratory and writing. He has received academic honors throughout his student life.

He studied Law in the University of the Philippines.

Godfearing and soft-hearted that he was, he taught his children to value GOD first above all, to pursue education as hgh as one can and to help other less fortunate people selflessly expecting nothing in return.
