About Emma Misell (or Meisel)
@Bruce W. Johnson: I have been told , a long time ago, from my father C. Geo. Johnson,or Grandma Johnson (Ada), that Emma's dad was the inventor of the dry cell battery and sold the patent to Eveready for approx. 1000 dollars and died a popper!! True????
@Duane Johnson: After a little research, I believe it is actually her BROTHER, David Misell! I will add links to David's profile. He invented the flashlight! (and maybe the battery too?)
