Endre Schück

I think that Issachar is the same person as Endre, whose Hebrew name I think is Yitzhak. I'm guessing that one of these Hebrew names is an error. ____________________________________________________________________________

I think I notice a typo Re: HaRav HaGaon Menachem Mendl Schick, A.B.D. Nadudvar and SZIKSZO, in Hungary.

Often it is spelt in Yiddish: SZIKSZ, followed by an Aleph. e.g. as in BELZ, the Yiddish word would have an Alef at the end - but that does not make it Belza.

Belz is a place in Poland, just across the border from Hungary.

Similarly, Sziksz is SZIKSZO, a place in Hungary...

HoRav Menachem Mendl SCHICK was a Zeide-Grand-father of my late father, HoRav Yacov Yosef son of HoRav Dovid Schick who was one of many sons and daughters of the saintly Rabbi, HoRav HaGaon Menachem Mendl SCHICK of SZIKSZO. ztz'l ____________________________________________________________________________
