Note:

Enoch resided in Southington, Farmington and Wallingford 1767-1770. He paid Minister's rates/taxes of 87 pounds in the Society of New Cheshire at Wallingford in 1762; son Lovelwell paid 33. On 28 March 1775 he moved to the home of his daughter Freelove and, in a deed, specified Moses Tuttle and his sons Lovewell and Enoch, living in Westfield, MA at the time, to make no claim on his estate; presumably all was being left to Freelove and her husband in recompense for them caring for Enoch and his wife Rebecca in their last days.
The History of Cheshire lists an Enoch Thomas, Jr who died 9 Jul 1775; I think the "jr" is an error. This is confirmed by a record in the May, 1776 Vol XV Public Records of the Colony of Connecticut, pg. 352-3 in which son Enoch, Jr and son-in-law Moses Tuttle explain the need to sell assets of the late Enoch to pay estate debt of 62 pounds.
