(son of Wilford Woodruff and Sarah Delight Stocking). Born December 23, 1865. Salt Lake City.

   Married:	Isabell Shields October 15, 1889, Salt Lake City (daughter of George Shields and Jane Craig, pioneers 1853, Captain Harmon company). She was born November 25, 1887, West Jordan, Utah.

   Their children:

           Jane Isabell born January 7, 1891, died January 8, 1891;

           George Ensign born March 3, 1892;

           Sarah Lenora born January 22, 1896;

           Vera Elizabeth born October 1, 1898;

           Joseph Wilford born February 19, 1901;

           Etta Shields born March 11, 1906;

           Delifford Albert born October 6, 1908;

           Olive Shield born December 16, 1911.

   Family home Brinton, Utah.

President 14th quorum elders Granite stake October 28, 1899, to February 12, 1911, when he was ordained a high priest and set apart a counselor in the bishopric of the Brinton ward; Sunday school officer and worker. School trustee 37th district two terms. Farmer; carpenter. Sources:
