Surviving are George, Vernon, Mrs. Orvalle (Ruby) Konecne, Mrs. B. F. (Lois) Gerber and Mrs. Don (Velda) Goodvin.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1954. Since that time, she has made her home in Corning. Besides her husband and infant son, she was preceded in death by her father and mother, three brothers, one sister and an infant granddaughter.

Surviving besides her children are three sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law, a sister, Gladys Dunn, a brother-in-law Fred Maude, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Methodist Church. She was a loyal mother and neighbor and was always happy to have her family at home. Her last days were spent at Northgate Manor where she was a patient.
