The second wife of Samuel Barlow, she was born Esther Hull on June 11, 1721, and was the mother of celebrated American poet-statesman Joel Barlow
"Mr. Barlow wed Eunice Bradley in 1731, and the couple had four children prior to her death in the early 1740's. In 1744 he re-married, taking Esther Hull as his second wife, with whom he eventually had five more children."
