.....Thirdly it is my will and desire that all the remainder of my estate both real and personal be equally divided between my three youngest children viz Elizabeth Murrell and her children, Phillip Simpson and John P. Simpson share and share alike. The children herein mentioned is the children of my present wife and it is by her that I received my Negro property therefore I think it is proper to give them to her children. At the same time not forgetting my oldest children or those of my first wife that is to say Nathan Simpson, Charles Simpson, Kelley Nancy Blackwell and Nancy Wall, of which except the last mentioned has received a proportionate of my estate escept the Negroes which came by my last or present wife Mary Wall is living in South Carolina and I have never had it in my power to give her anything and as she is in affluent circumstances I think it is unnecessary to divide my small estate with her.
