The Burlington Daily Times News Thursday, October 26, 1939 Rites Are Held For Miss Bagley At State Capitol Raleigh, October 26. Final rites were said today for Miss Ethel Bagley, member of a prominent Raleigh family.
Miss Bagley, for many years connected with the intelligence service of the Navy Department, died last night after an extended illness.
She is survived by a brother, Admiral David Worth Bagley, Commandant of Mare Island Yard in California and a sister, Mrs. Josephus Daniels, wife of the Ambassador to Mexico
