Myron served as a Fireman, Second Class, USS Arizona (BB-39), U.S. Navy during World War II.
He resided in Rutland, Rutland County, Vermont prior to the war.
Myron was declared "Missing In Action" when the Arizona was bombed and sunk during the attack by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor during the war. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
