Feldw Heinrich Busch was born in Burgan, Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany. His bomber collided with barrage balloon wires over Norfolk, England after completing 26 missions. He was one of 4 POWs convicted and hanged for the murder of Dr. Karl Lehmann at Camp 132 near Medicine Hat, Alberta. CBC Digital Archives

In 1970 Busch was disinterred from the Prison Yard, Lethbridge Jail, Lethbridge, Alberta and buried in the German War Graves Section in Woodland Cemetery in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The servicemen were buried two to a grave according to the names on the headstone. He is buried with Willi Müller.
