Floyd Brenninger of 402 East Bonnie Lane, Lansdale, a former Montgomery County State Legislator, died Saturday in North Penn Hospital. He was 69. In 1961 he resigned after staging an unprecedented one man boycott of the State Legislature over a committee appointment. He insisted his seniority entitled him to a committee seat during his fourth term and he resigned. He was a former Lansdale Borough Councilman for 16 years. He founded and was president of Brenninger Motors Inc.
