Forrest "Sunrise" "Parker" Tabbyyetchy was the son of William "Charles Sunrise Tabbyyetchy and Esther Parker . Esther Parker was the daughter of Quanah Parker. This young man served during WWII and was honorably discharged in 1943. I feel he needs to be recognized as grandson of Quanah Parker. I can find no death certificate on him.
