Contact me at casebeer@jeffnet.org here in Oregon. The suit was to allow the sale of property after the death of William Todd Livingston. And some of the heirs were not in MO. Frances Livingston Gage had emigrated to Oregon in 1844 with her husband Joseph Gage, for example. Clinton Co was where the lawsuit was filed.
