Daughter of the Venerable Archdeacon Henry Roe and Eliza JULIA {Smith} Jarvis. At the time when Frances Anne Julia was baptised in 1856, the Reverend Mr Roe was Curate of Holy Trinity Cathedral in Quebec City
Frances Annie Julie Roe and Reverend Arthur Jarvis were married in January 1884
The family lived for several years at Carleton Place, Ramsay Township, Lanark County, Ontario, as their sons Francis Mountain Jarvis and Henry Roe Jarvis was both born there, and obviously at the end of their lives, Arthur and Frances chose to be buried there
