About Frances (Nellie) Ellen Ormroyde
Nellie Ormroyde was Born on 8th November 1883 on Mansfield. She married Herbert John Ormroyde in 1913 at Mansfield.
They first met on holiday in the Isle of Man. After their marriage they lived in ditton for a while and then moved to Greenway Road. Next they moved to 53 Birchfield Road and then in 1922 they moved to a council house at 62 Fairfield Road and stayed there for the rest of their lives.
She died at the old age of 79 on Aug 24th 1963 and was buried in Widnes cemetery. She was a devoted Christian.
