To daughter Sarah Perkins, two negroes Betty and Billy and their increase during her lifetime and at her decease, equally divided and enjoyed by all of her children including Malcom Johnston and Latitia James Johnston, children by her former husband. To daughter Aney Homes, one negro Minney and her child Henry and at her decease including Ginny ___ back to my estate excluding my son Thomas and his heirs.
