Francis Bowman (first name spelled Frances in Watertown records) was born on September 26, 1662[1], in Watertown, MIddlesex, Massachusetts.

He was the son of Francis Bowman and Martha (Sherman) Bowman.[2] He married Lydia Stone in 1684.[2] John Bowman passed away in 1744.[2]
