Phillip, the second survivng son of Francis Coleman Harris who married in 1845, at Cornwall, Canada, to Phillipa, eldest dau. of Col. the Hon. Philip Van Koughnet. Francis Coleman Harris is described as esq. of the Admirality.
Also found in another Gentlemens mag. a note that Francis Coleman Harris was esq. of the Admirality, and Addington-sq-Camberwell.
