Jim (Francis James Hope) handled real estate deals for brother Bob for the last 20 years of his life, started out working on electrical construction. In later years he made some "B" movies, had a radio program and for awhile was in vaudeville with his wife, Wyn.

Jim was Married 4 times. His first marriage was to Wilma when they were in their late teens. A son, Sheldon, was born then. They were divorced when Jim was in the Canadian Army in WW I. He then married a Canadian girl, Marjorie Gardener. Their son, Jim, was born in Chicago in 1917. Another son, LeRoy, was born in Cleveland in 1919. After a divorce Jim married another Marjorie in New Orleans but was a very brief union. His last marriage was to Wyn Swanson in 1947. They had no Children.
