Francis Edwin Westover— Francis Edwin Westover, a prominent farmer and citizen of Mendon suffered a paralytic stroke yesterday morning and passed away at an early hour this morning. He was the son of Edwin and Ann Findley Westover and was born July 27, 1871. He leaves his wife, Nellie Lallis Westover, a brother, J. H. Westover of Logan, and s sister, Mrs. Ed Paul of Los Angeles, California, to mourn his sudden and entirely unexpected departure. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
