On the third of February one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven years. I, D. Leonardo Apunio de Lázaro, Interim Presbyter Parish Priest of this City of Jaro, solemnly baptized and put the Holy Oil in this Church from me to a child, who was born at five in the morning of Monday twenty-ninth of last January, who has been given the name Francisco Ledesma, and is the third child of Pedro Ledesma and of Fabiana Juaneza, both indigenous, natives of this City of barangay of D. Policarpo Juaneza. Paternal grandparents Luis Ledesma and Eduvigis Guinoó, both indigenous, natives of this same City. Maternal grandparents D. Florentino Juaneza and Da. Manuela Herradura, both indigenous, natives of the same City, both deceased. His godfather was D. Wenceslao Jardeleza, indigenous, single, native of this City of occupation laborer, who was warned of the spiritual kinship and the obligation he contracted. Witnesses of the baptism and of the extension of this record Severino Juaneza and Anastasio Guedes, both natives and married, natives of the referred City. And by the way I signed it date ut supra.
